COFFEE EXPERT PUBLISHES BOOK ON COFFEE AND WINE

Morten Scholer, who was a senior adviser to United Nations’ projects in coffee producing countries for 14 years, has written a book that compares two popular beverages, coffee and wine.

Coffee and Wine: Two Worlds Compared is a comprehensive study and comparison of the growing, producing, marketing and consumption of the two beverages – from tree to cup and from vine to glass.

Speaking about the book, Mr Scholer said, “It covers the topics in depth but is written in a non-scientific language. The reader may be an informed enthusiast or professional of one of the two products who is curious about the other.”

Coffee and Wine: Two Worlds Compared is generously illustrated and contains many tables, charts, maps and case studies. It also includes information on cultural values and a number of fun facts. It has plenty of useful facts and figures for anyone with an interest in either, or both, of the products.

The release date for the book is 28 October 2018, ISBN: 9781789014747 Price: £30.00. It is published by Troubador Publishing in the UK.
