The Speciality Coffee Association (SCA) announced a new video discussion series. CEO Yannis Apostolopoulos will host the discussion series with leaders in the coffee industry from all around the world with a view towards the future.
The inaugural Roundtable episode is available to watch now and features a conversation with four esteemed coffee professionals who share their experiences as owners of independent cafés amid the Covid-19 pandemic:
- Anna Tsfasman, Founder of Flip Coffee in Moscow
- Pamela Chng, Founder of Bettr Barista in Singapore
- Trish Rothgeb and Nick Cho, Co-Founders of Wrecking Ball Coffee Roasters in San Francisco
New episodes of Round-table will be uploaded to SCA’s YouTube and IGTV channels every Monday.
