The most recent major brand to get on the vegan bandwagon is Cadbury, introducing it is introducing a new plant-based edition of its Dairy Milk chocolate bar.
Although owner Mondelēz International has not yet confirmed a launch day, Bartalks understands it has already spent 2 years developing the bar. Given the brand value of the name Cadbury’s Milk Chocolate, we are interested to see how they have tackled the flavour profile and mouthfeel, since we have been underwhelmed so far by many other Vegan brands.
