The Schaerer Coffee Competence Centre (CCC) swiss coffee machine manufacturer has been sharing its extensive expertise in coffee with customers and partners from all over the world in its training and consultation centre.
According to Schaerer, the CCC’s objective is to help participants expand their knowledge and make their coffee operations even more successful. In 2019, the CCC, under the direction of Monika Oeggerli, prepared a wide range of training that can even better cover the individual requirements of their customers.
Schaerer’s CEO, Jörg Schwartze, stated that they had developed the Coffee Competence Centre in line with their guiding principle. Like its coffee machines, the courses offered by the CCC now also provide customers the highest level of adaptability to their individual needs.
The new one-day courses, special workshops, and individual modules can be booked individually or in a building block structure, making it possible to expand on the exact subjects relevant to the participants.
According to the company principles, the course considers all aspects along the value chain, from cultivation and green coffee to roasting and preparation to technology and market-specific trends. These results are used in the development of Schaerer machines and are also imparted to customers and partners in different courses at the Coffee Competence Centre.
CCC Trainer Monika Oeggerli stated that with every one of the seminars, the company not only wants to pass on valuable knowledge but also inspire participants to experience coffee with all their senses.
