Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group’s subsidiary Massimo Zanetti Beverage Iberia has completed the acquisition of Portuguese company Cafés Nandi SA.
Cafés Nandi SA owns a production site that will enable the group to double current production.
Massimo Zanetti, Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, said “I am proud we have completed the acquisition of Cafés Nandi SA.
“The acquisition will enable us to expand our existing production site and to double production capacity in order to meet growing demand at European level and for single-serve coffee. The new plant will be equipped with cutting-edge technology.”
Founded in 1960, Cafés Nandi SA has a modern and efficient plant adjacent to the Massimo Zanetti Beverage Iberia production facility.
