The 2021 Cup of Excellence Awards for Nicaragua has been announced. The top four coffee’s all scored over 90, and the prayers of the Jesus Mountain Company were answered when they won 1st and 2nd place with a washed Pacamara variety.
As usual, the coffees were all cupped 5 times by the judges with only those top 30 scoring 87 or above making it to the list below.
The Cup of Excellence auction will be held on June 29th.
