Macap – Historically, Italian producers of professional coffee grinders, instant coffee grinders and dynamometric tampers. The company was born in 1930, has since developed over generations to today working with more than 70 countries overseas.
The acquisition will further expand global presence in the coffee sector as a result of this acquisition as it is part of the Ryoma’s investment strategy and is an important development opportunity.
Ryoma already owns CMA – a company that specialises in the production of espresso coffee machines, which includes Astoria, Wega, Storm and Hybrid professional coffee machine brands – in addition to Univerbar, a company specialised in the production of washing solutions.
