Twin Trading will be hosting the UK’s only Q grading course in central London 11-15th April 2011.
The course will be led by Craig Holt of Atlas Coffee in Seattle in collaboration with the Coffee Quality Institute.
The course was first run for the first time last year and was successful in accrediting the first batch of Q graders in the UK.
The week-long course consists of a series of training and testing on cupping, olfactory and sensory analysis.
