The SCA opened nominations for the Board of Directors. The nominations were open on June 19 and will close on July 10.
The SCA Board of Directors includes eighteen (18) volunteer members supported by the Executive Director/CEO and SCA staff. The members who will serve on the 2021-2022 SCA Board will operate a two-year term from January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2022.
The SCA nominations and election process are overseen by the Nominating Committee composed of the following individuals:

This year, the Nominating Committee has defined a few qualification recommendations and a description of an SCA Board Member’s responsibilities. The SCA Board Member’s responsibilities involve leadership, governance, and oversight.
All members are supported to submit their names or the names of candidates who would make an essential contribution to the Association by serving on the SCA Board of Directors.
