NPR AND COUNTER CULTURE INTRODUCE THE NPR COFFEE CLUB

NPR and Counter Culture Coffee are launching thNPR Coffee Club, a new coffee subscription service that brings roasted-to-order whole bean coffee to your home. NPR has collaborated with Counter Culture Coffee, a specialty coffee roaster, who will ship high-quality and sustainably-sourced coffee to NPR listeners around the US.

Counter Culture has been a leader in the specialty coffee space since its early days. Each of their coffee has an origin story, where readers can learn more about that specific coffee and partnership Counter Culture has across the value chain. The roaster was one of the first to publish an annual Transparency Report that goes in-depth on their commitment to sustainability and price transparency.

NPR Coffee Club subscriptions offer a rotating selection of Counter Culture Single Origin and signature blends as whole bean coffee. NPR subscribers will provide product exclusives, including a rotating Single Origin exclusive as part of the NPR two-bag subscription. Also, NPR fans can purchase whole bean coffee outside of the subscription program, including Single Origins, signature blends, limited releases, and Single-Serve products.

As part of the subscription program, NPR Coffee Club members receive a 5% discount on regular pricing when they sign up, plus free shipping. Members choose how much of Counter Culture’s coffee they’d like every 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks. All members receive a free NPR Coffee Club enamel pin as a welcome gift.

Brett Smith, a President, and also a Founder of Counter Culture Coffee, stated that the company is thrilled to work with NPR on this exciting initiative. For 25 years, the goal of Counter Culture Coffee has been on providing exceptional coffee experiences. This partnership allows the company to highlight its commitment to quality, sustainability, and education, values that closely align with NPR and its loyal listeners.
