Monica Galetti has joined the Lavazza’s star-studded line-up of Top Gastronomy ambassadors. Lavazza’s Top Gastronomy programme features 65 of the UK’s very best hotels and restaurants.
Galetti is a leading chef, becoming the first woman to work as a senior sous-chef in famous restaurants. She is best known for her role as a judge on the BBC’s cooking show, MasterChef: The Professionals. In central London, her acclaimed restaurant, Mere, continues to be the ultimate destination.
Galetti will offer Lavazza coffee at her Fitzrovia based restaurant, Mere, as part of her three-year-long collaboration with Lavazza. She will be using the Lavazza Bluecapsule system, which is an innovative process that ensures greater consistency in coffee service.
Filippo Ferrari, marketing director of Lavazza UK & Ireland, stated that Lavazza’s collaboration with Monica Galetti is a testament to Lavazza’s continued commitment to the Top Gastronomy industry, which began in 2001 and has continued to grow.
Monica Galleti stated that Lavazza has long been associated with quality and great taste and is a brand she favoured since the start of her career.
