INTERNATIONAL COFFEE AND CHOCOLATE EXHIBITION CONCLUDES IN RIYADH

More than 300 domestic and foreign organisations from around the world recently participated in the eighth International Coffee and Chocolate Exhibition at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The 5-day exhibition, which began on 29 November and ended on 3 December, was designed to attract investors, importers and individuals interested in new coffee and chocolate businesses and provide a platform for the introduction of new goods.

The winner of the Saudi Barista Championship accredited with the World Barista Championship will represent Saudi Arabia at the international competition in Athens.

Seminars and workshops on coffee and chocolate were also planned as part of the exhibition.

There was also a Coffee Talk area where well-known coffee and business experts discussed coffee and investment opportunities with the audience and a Coffee Race Zone where adults and children could enjoy VR games and a miniature car race track.

Both professional and amateur chefs tested their skills on the cooking platform, where four chefs were tasked with creating a unique dessert each day.

Visitors to the exhibition included representatives of various government agencies, business owners, manufacturers of coffee and chocolate products and exhibitors of related equipment.
