Chocolate lovers, this one is for you! Salon du Chocolat, the world’s largest event dedicated to chocolate & cocoa, is coming to New York soon! On November 16th and 17th at the Javits Center, this festival will bring chocolate, pastry, and food artistry to Manhattan.
The show is a massive exhibition of chocolatiers, demonstrations, tons of free samples, and panel discussions about chocolate from around the world. There will be Q&A sessions and you’ll be able to shop for chocolate that can’t be found in stores. Further, there are special sessions offered throughout the weekend throughout a variety of disciplines.
