Philipple Juglar started his career in the Coffee industry in the 1980’s. Now he is the president of AVPA, an NGO that recognises small producers in a variety of industries through their annual awards.
Nick Baskett from Bartalks talks with Philippe, who explains why it makes sense for small producers to do more of the processing on the ground and move up the value chain to serve both their domestic markets, as well as supply International markets.
